Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to give hands-on exposure to field sales and commercial operations.

The 10-week internship runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027, with opportunities to learn from experienced sales leaders and work on meaningful projects that affect territory growth. Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and present findings to business leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
