Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations across an assigned territory.

You will work with experienced leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results and build retailer relationships, while analyzing market trends and supporting growth initiatives. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with field time, ride-alongs, and collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities, academics, athletics or work experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience and BD teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders.
