PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program, a 10-week internship spanning June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced commercial team.

The role includes ride-alongs, data analysis, and presenting recommendations to leaders. Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s program and able to travel locally within the territory.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
