Job summary

PetSmart seeks a Field Leader to drive growth across our stores, leading district teams and coaching store managers. This field-based role blends onsite visits with remote work and periodic travel to the Phoenix Home Office.

You'll partner with Regional VPs to implement strategic initiatives, oversee P&L, and ensure compliance and safety across stores. Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across functions are essential to deliver results in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years multi-store District Manager experience in retail.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and execution of solutions for business needs.
• Coach Field associates and partner with Regional VP to deliver initiatives.
• Use data and benchmarking to drive root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Develop and coach management teams to build bench strength.
