Job summary

PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks a District Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple stores.

You will partner with the Regional Vice President, coach field leaders, and use data and benchmarking to drive growth and improve performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of retail multi-store experience, with on-site/off-site responsibilities and periodic travel to the Phoenix Home Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years multi-store district management experience in retail.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership, planning, and execution of solutions for business needs.
• Coaches Field Leadership and collaborates with Regional VP to deliver initiatives.
• Uses data, trend analysis, and benchmarking to drive metric-driven improvements.
• Develops and coaches management teams to build a strong workforce.
• Manages district P&L and ensures policy and compliance across stores.
