Qualifications

• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads store-level customer experience and associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Participates in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures daily operations align with policies while maintaining store standards.
• Manages staffing coverage for peak periods and store events.
• Supports execution of store initiatives and customer engagement activities.
