Enlyte in Nashville, TN is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time, hybrid role, with remote work when not traveling locally. The candidate must reside in the Nashville area due to regular local travel for in-person patient appointments.

You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to create and implement treatment plans that return workers to work safely while ensuring cost-effective care. Active RN license and 2+ years of clinical practice are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Strong communication with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to in-person appointments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates.
