Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Roanoke, VA area. This full-time hybrid role requires travel to in-person patient appointments and collaboration with physicians, employers, and customers to create effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and strong advocacy and communication skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package, vacation, and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; Workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Coordinate with providers and resources to tailor patient care.
• Collaborate with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and provide status updates to customers.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments as needed and support documentation.
