Job summary

Enlyte in Missoula, MT is seeking a Field Case Manager for a full-time, hybrid role requiring regular local travel for in-person appointments. You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement cost-effective treatment plans that promote recovery and return to work.

The position requires an RN license (active in good standing), 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC‑recognized case management certification.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Facilitate early return-to-work through job modification discussions.
• Independent case load management and documentation.
• Attend injured worker appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
