Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the West Palm Beach, FL area. The role involves coordinating care with physicians, employers, and patients to create cost-effective treatment plans that return workers to productive activity. Travel to in-person appointments is required.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license and have 2+ years of clinical practice. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus along with a $2,500 retention bonus after one year.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN/COHN-S/RN-BC/ACM/CMC.
• Must travel to in-person appointments; reliable transportation; internet access.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans returning injured/disabled individuals to work.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Advise on job duties modification with employers to enable early return to work.
• Monitor and adjust case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
