Enlyte in Tampa, FL is hiring a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time hybrid role. The position requires local travel for in-person patient appointments, with a $2,500 sign-on and a $2,500 retention bonus after one year.

The compensation base ranges from $63,000 to $95,000 per year, plus a productivity-based bonus. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement cost-effective care plans that support safe return to work.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel to in-person appointments.
• URAC-recognized case management certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans based on injuries and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor plans.
• Facilitate early return-to-work where feasible.
• Manage workload and prepare status updates.
• Attend appointments when appropriate.
