Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Davenport, FL for a full-time, hybrid role requiring travel to in-person appointments. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including remote work support and travel reimbursement.

You will work with physicians, employers, and patients to develop cost-effective, effective treatment plans and support gradual return to work. RN license and workers’ comp experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury and job duties knowledge.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress.
• Independently manage workload and priorities.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments and prepare status updates.
