Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Field Case Manager in West Palm Beach, FL for a full-time hybrid role requiring local travel for in-person appointments. Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus after 1 year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The RN will coordinate care with physicians, employers, and patients to develop cost-effective treatment plans, ensuring timely recovery and safe return to work.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) preferred.
• 2+ years clinical practice, workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to each patient.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to enable early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments when needed and assist with documentation.
