Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Sioux City, IA area. You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans while ensuring cost-conscious care and timely return to work.

This full-time, hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments (60% of the time). A valid RN license and strong communication skills are essential; a CCM/CDMS/CRC-like credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification/credentials preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN/COHN-S/RN-BC/ACM/CMAC).
• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• Travel: reliable transportation to attend in-person appointments in assigned geography.
• Internet: reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload prioritizing cases and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and provide status updates.
