Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time hybrid role in the Washington, DC area, with regular in-person appointments and travel. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and injured workers to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans aimed at early return to work and maximum medical recovery.

The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years clinical practice, and strong communication, Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC‑recognized case management certifications preferred.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments; reliable transportation; internet access.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
