Job summary

Enlyte in Sioux Falls, SD, is hiring a Field Case Manager for a full-time hybrid role with regular in-person appointments (60% travel). You will coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement treatment plans that return injured workers to work safely and cost-effectively.

Qualifications include an active RN license and a nursing degree, with 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience a plus.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC‑recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Attend injured workers' appointments and prepare progress updates for customers.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases effectively.
