Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in Sioux City, IA, a full-time hybrid role requiring in-person visits (60% travel). The position expects an RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience, with URAC case management certifications preferred.

You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to craft treatment plans, support cost-effective care, and drive return-to-work strategies. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field required/preferred.
• 2+ years clinical practice experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-certified case management credentials preferred (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/etc).
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and application of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injury types, medications, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Support early return-to-work by coordinating with employers and providers.
• Prioritize cases and manage workload independently; provide status updates.
