Job summary

Insomniac Events is seeking a Production Assistant to support Back of House operations for live events. This role requires hands-on organization, effective vendor communication, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Project Manager with advance documents, setup and coordination across festival areas, while maintaining concise communication with teams and vendors. This is an on-site, non-remote position.

Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension and retention in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective and concise communication in electronic and verbal mediums.
• Adaptive in fast-paced environments; proven event planning and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in developing, organizing and executing different festival area operations.
• Contribute to compiling advance documents relating to several festival areas.
• Act as a Vendor Liaison for all related areas of production.
• Communicate production needs concisely to all contributing teams.
• Support document organization for advancing, setup documents and vendor communications.
• Organize advance documents for the executive producer branch in the org chart.
• Facilitate advance credential materials for related vendors and staff.
