Insomniac, part of Live Nation Entertainment, seeks a Production & Operations Project Manager with a passion for dance culture and events. You will oversee budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution across hybrid/remote work and regional locations, coordinating with producers, vendors, and departments to ensure seamless events.

Competenze

• 5+ years in event production, operations, or project management within the live events industry.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and budget reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency in Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CAD designs, site planning, and security protocols.

Mansioni

• Create and manage the Topline Budget using historical data.
• Develop and update the Budget Master with producer approvals.
• Distribute budget breakouts and manage the Purchase Tracker.
• Maintain Budget Master accuracy in sheet functions and formatting.
• Track departmental budget deadlines and locking timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance and Producers for reporting and approvals.
• Maintain Advances & Contacts Sheet for vendor bookings.
• Schedule bi-weekly department head meetings.
• Coordinate department advances including travel and logistics.
• Develop and manage a master Global Build Schedule.
• Ensure rosters, org charts, and signage advances.
• Finalize CCTV placement and IT requirements.
• Oversee security audits and safety documentation.
• Manage industry guest lists and nightly briefings.
• Organize daily production meetings during load-in.
• Lead the Command Post Dispatch Guide execution.
• Facilitate all-staff safety briefings.
• Identify areas for improvement during load-in and execution.
• Serve as main contact for venue relations and permitting.
• Collaborate with Site Experience on signage approvals and maps.
• Coordinate with public safety for compliance.
• Update CAD designers and maintain site layouts.
• Create departmental WhatsApp groups for real-time coordination.
• Schedule notes for meetings and ensure action items.
