One Medical in Dallas-Fort Worth seeks current residents or recent graduates in Family or Internal Medicine to join our primary care team. You will provide care across in-office and tele-health settings, participate in rounds, and work with a collaborative care model.

You will be supported by a structured onboarding, mentorship, ongoing education, and leadership development as you grow in a tech-enabled primary care environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires current enrollment or completion of an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency, with TX licensure before start.
• Board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics residency status or recent completion and upcoming board exam.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training and opportunities for in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
