One Medical is hiring current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for our Austin, TX offices. You will practice in a tech-enabled primary care environment, manage a diverse patient panel, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds with mentorship and a structured learning plan.

The role emphasizes in-office care, occasional tele-health, collaboration with teams, and opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues. Texas license or eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed residency in the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilization of clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
