Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to arrange quality repairs and maintenance across multiple sites, including retail stores and offices. You will support the facilities manager, manage documentation and invoicing, and contribute to remodels and relocations with onsite project work.

The role is flexible-hybrid, blending home-office work with required site presence at GESMN or partner facilities, often with urgency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using the Internet.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates timely and cost-effective property maintenance solutions between vendors and multiple sites.
• Creates and maintains standard facilities documentation and invoicing/coding for maintenance items.
• Supports special projects related to site remodels, relocations and other onsite maintenance tasks.
