Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Workforce Development Supervisor to lead program staff, supervise daily activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality services that help participants achieve optimal outcomes. In this hybrid role, you will supervise a team, support program quality, and collaborate with internal and external partners to build strong, participant-centered workforce programs.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Efficient organizational and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of social service systems and supports (WIOA, MFIP, SNAP, etc.).
Experience with grants and funding for quality programs.
Proficient with plan development and case management techniques.

Responsibilities

Staff Supervision: provide direct supervision to assigned staff and engage, motivate, and inspire them to achieve desired results.
Program Quality Assurance: ensure quality of services and support program excellence.
Team Development: help build a cohesive program team with clear direction and support.
Meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
