Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to own the ticket queue across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing sites. You’ll handle in-house repairs, dispatch licensed trades, and manage the vendor program to ensure equipment is documented and maintained.

Reporting to the Director of Construction and Facilities, you will triage tickets, schedule around store hours and harvests, coordinate vendors, and keep safety and compliance top of mind.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Ability to triage and prioritize tickets by risk to product, safety, and revenue.
• Experience sourcing and managing outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the ticket queue across all supported sites, triage and prioritize tickets.
• Perform routine in-house repairs and dispatch licensed trades as needed.
• Run the approved vendor program, track performance, and manage contracts.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and asset register.
• Support cultivation and manufacturing environments with rapid response to failures.
• Collaborate with construction on punch lists, design input, and closeouts.
