Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee CMMS-driven maintenance for a distributed retail portfolio in Sunnyvale, CA. You will supervise work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely service delivery to maintain client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4+ years in facilities management with CMMS experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. On-site work, with benefits including a robust retirement plan and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience in facilities management and CMMS/Work Order applications.
• Superior customer service and a strong focus on the JLL customer experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication; able to customize reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and manage maintenance activities for a team or group.
• Communicate KPI and SLA requirements and manage third-party contractors/vendors.
• Oversee daily work order reviews and follow up to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure timely follow up with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers; coach on Corrigo.
• Manage operations to mitigate risk and ensure CMMS integrity.
