Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Systems Coordinator to serve as the primary administrator for CMMS and related facilities management platforms. You will ensure system integrity, support users, and deliver essential reporting to drive operational excellence across the account.

You will configure settings, train teams, and develop forms while maintaining documentation. This role requires strong tech aptitude, Excel expertise, and a collaborative approach within a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer CMMS platform including user management, security profiles, and scheduling.
• Provide training and ongoing system support for account teams and vendors.
• Configure system settings, billing codes, and notifications.
• Develop inspection forms and coordinate data with service teams.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on activity and performance.
• Explore and deploy solutions to meet new business needs within system limits.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and be the point of contact.
