Job summary

Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to lead the corporate export compliance program in the greater Philadelphia area. You will ensure adherence to BIS, Census, OFAC, and CBP regulations and foster a culture of compliance excellence.

The role is hybrid and based in the Philadelphia metro area, coordinating with legal and internal teams to minimize risk and drive continuous improvements in export controls.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of export compliance experience.
• Communication skills and attention to detail essential.
• Experience with ACE, EAR, OFAC and CBP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the export compliance program, policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits, investigate non-compliance, and establish action plans.
• Spearhead BIS Connected Vehicle Rule compliance and ECCN determinations.
• Research export license requirements and manage licenses.
• Oversee EEI filings in ACE and deny party screening determinations.
• Develop export compliance training and maintain the Export Compliance Manual.
• Advise internal departments and legal on export regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to leadership.
• Mentor and manage a team of export professionals.
