Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Export Compliance Director to oversee the company\'s export controls program. You will lead policy development, audits, and training, ensuring compliance with BIS, OFAC, CBP, and EAR requirements while coordinating with SBR, NASI, and TMNA.

This hybrid role offers remote work two days per week after 90 days, with a competitive base salary and bonus eligibility in the $135k–$175k range, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of export controls and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead export compliance activities and policies.
• Identify and assign ECCNs for new technologies with SBR/NASI.
• Coordinate BIS inquiries and license submissions.
• Develop and maintain Export Compliance Manual.
• Oversee EEI filings in ACE and denied party screening.
