Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Export Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with export laws, develop compliance programs, and minimize risk and cost. The role reports to the Export Compliance Manager and offers a hybrid work schedule at one of our locations.

Responsibilities include drafting licenses under ITAR/EAR, evaluating license exceptions, and advising on export strategies. Candidates should have 2+ years in export compliance and familiarity with OFAC, SAP/GTS, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in export compliance, international trade, or related field.
• Experience with ITAR and EAR; OFAC familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage licenses and authorizations under ITAR/EAR.
• Evaluate license exceptions for export transactions.
• Develop end-to-end export authorization strategy for programs.
• Support export audits, investigations and disclosures.
• Review shipments in SAP-GTS against authorizations.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders for export compliance.
• Deliver export compliance training to business groups.
• Maintain records for regulatory reporting.
