Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and HR across multiple units. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, candidate management, and building diverse, top-tier executive pipelines to support business imperatives.

Reporting to the Manager of Executive Recruiting, you will execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, and help drive internal moves and succession with the DEI teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and business partners to identify executive talent gaps and needs
• Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies
• Partner across HR to ensure a seamless recruiting experience
• Create and implement strategies to build diverse candidate slates
• Represent and market HPE’s employment brand and opportunities to attract top talent
• Work with hiring managers and compensation to craft compelling offers
• Mentor less experienced team members
