Job summary

HP's People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. You will own executive searches end-to-end, deliver high-impact hiring solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

The role is based in Spring, TX with a 3-day in-office requirement. You will lead full-cycle searches for senior directors to VP-level roles, build proactive talent strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining discretion

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including executive-level management.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Operations, Infrastructure or Procurement.
• Ability to influence, consult, and partner with executives across functions such as operations, finance, technology, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level roles.
• Partner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies and success profiles.
• Proactively build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives with insights on talent markets and hiring best practices.
• Drive scalable recruiting processes balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Champion inclusive and diverse executive hiring practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Select and manage executive search firms to deliver strong outcomes and value.
