Job summary

GEP is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead leadership hiring across services, consulting, technology, and business transformation. You will identify, engage, and hire senior talent with a focus on quality, speed, and market intelligence.

This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite at our Clark, NJ headquarters and close collaboration with business leaders and HR teams to shape strategic mandates and diverse candidate slates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search or leadership hiring.
• Experience hiring in services, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialist roles.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and success profiles.
• Build talent pipelines from consulting, professional services, SaaS, technology, and transformation domains.
