Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with senior leaders across business units to identify and recruit top executive talent, manage talent research and mapping, and drive a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

In this role, you will build diverse pipelines, collaborate with HR and compensation, and mentor junior recruiters while representing HPE’s brand and career opportunities globally.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technology.
3+ years of experience recruiting for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP).
Excellent ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify executive talent gaps with senior leaders and HR partners.
Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies.
Partner with HR to ensure a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish.
Build diverse candidate slates using all available recruiting tools and methodologies.
Market HPE’s brand and opportunities to attract top executive talent.
Collaborate with compensation to craft competitive offers.
Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
