You will partner with business leaders, build talent pipelines, and drive data-driven recruiting practices while upholding inclusive hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years recruiting experience for technical and niche roles.
• Proven success recruiting hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche and highly specialized technical roles across networking, software, cloud, AI, hardware, SONiC, and ASIC engineering.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical technical skill sets through talent mapping, market research and proactive engagement.
• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and compensation.
• Drive hiring outcomes including quality of hire, time to fill, candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair hiring practices.
