Job summary

Tape is seeking a Coordinator to support events, projects, and member community in New York City. This generalist role rewards strong organization and a dynamism for being on the ground, greeting guests, managing check-ins, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple teams.

You'll move between planning tasks and on-site execution, coordinating guest lists, RSVPs, and materials while maintaining clear communication across clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events, production, coordination, or similar roles.
• Extremely organized with strong follow-through across many parts.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
• On-site presence at events and strong people skills.
• Solid written communication with on-brand tone.

Responsibilities

• Manage text messaging channel; answer questions and schedule messages.
• Keep CRM organized; build segmented lists and invites.
• Support community management on Tape's social channels.
• Attend NYC events; manage check-in and greet guests.
• Coordinate guest lists with events, partnerships, and client teams.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and on-site execution.
