Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of managing diverse events.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and requirements.
• Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, catering, audiovisual, and décor.
• Develop event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• On-site management during events to ensure smooth operation.
