Job summary

PRA Events, Inc. is seeking an experienced events professional to oversee the logistical management and execution of client programs in a hybrid role based near Colorado Springs.

You will act as the primary client contact from pre-planning through on-site execution, coordinating with sales, suppliers, and field staff to ensure impeccable delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs with varying deadlines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience overseeing execution of corporate meetings, client events, and complex programs (DMC, corporate incentive travel, hospitality or related).
• Ability to manage operations functions and supervise Field Staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients and partners.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret client proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients and partners.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs with different deadlines.
• Flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Logistical management and operational execution of client events and programs.
• Primary client contact during pre-planning and operation to exceed expectations and promote satisfaction.
• Meet with Sales to discuss client program details and serve as primary contact after contract.
• Manage program changes during pre-planning and on-site; negotiate and up-sell.
• Oversee deposits, billing, and payment terms for programs.
• Coordinate field staff assignments and prepare trip sheets for field staff.
• Recruit and train field staff; handle related paperwork and compensation.
