Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2 years of experience overseeing corporate meetings and events with DMC or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple programs with tight deadlines.
• Flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals, presentations, and attendee experiences.
• Design detailed program plans across transportation, registration, gifting, tours, teambuilding, offsite venues, staffing.
• Research, source, and vet venues and supplier partners, maintaining strong industry relationships.
• Attend monthly Creative and Event Producer meetings.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, costings, and line-item details.
• Contribute to product innovation and ensure pricing guides remain current.
• Serve as the primary client contact from contract through program delivery.
• Manage logistical operations including supplier contracting, field staff scheduling, invoicing, and documentation.
• Finalize supplier arrangements ensuring terms and pricing are met.
• Conduct pre-conference meetings and oversee on-site execution.
• Supervise and train Field Staff.
• Monitor program financial health against goals.
• Complete program production paperwork and keep stakeholders informed.
