Job summary

PRA Business Events is seeking an Event Producer to lead logistics and execution for client programs in a hybrid role, with on-site work two days per week in Colorado Springs. You will coordinate with Sales, manage field staff, and ensure margins while delivering outstanding client experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and about 3 years of experience in corporate events or related areas, with strong communication, multitasking, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience overseeing corporate meetings and events or similar programs.
• Ability to manage operations and supervise Field Staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients and partners.
• Ability to read and interpret client proposals, contracts and financial documents.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistical management and operational execution of client events and programs.
• Serve as primary client contact during pre-planning and post-sale delivery.
• Meet with Sales to review client program details and serve as primary contact post-contracted.
• Manage changes during pre-planning and on-site, including negotiations and upselling.
• Ensure gross margin targets are met and manage supplier contracts and terms.
