Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services in the Lawrence/Topeka area. You will manage relationships with Independent Contractors, review scopes of work, and ensure service quality per client standards.

The role requires 3+ years in management, strong communication, and facilities/janitorial industry experience is a plus. This is a hybrid position with responsibilities across multiple buildings and a focus on continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services.
• 3 years of prior management experience in multi-unit locations.
• Building/facilities/janitorial industry experience is a plus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors, communicating client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure QA per account to retain and grow business.
• Coordinate daily with Facility Services Manager and provide nightly recap via email or phone.
• Recommend IC work assignments, manage to client standards, and discharge if SLAs are not met.
• Oversee inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP attention.
• Enforce City Wide policies and procedures across operations.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• This position is hybrid as you will be overseeing multiple office buildings.
