City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager for the Leavenworth, North Kansas City, MO area to help supervise contract compliance for building services and strengthen relationships with independent contractors.

The role requires strong management and communication abilities, plus experience in facilities or janitorial services. Evening shift availability is needed and City Wide promotes a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading a team across multiple locations.
• Experience in building maintenance/janitorial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience preferred to manage contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality per account to retain and grow business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily about issues and nightly recaps.
• Assign IC work, ensure compliance with client standards and policies.
• Oversee inspections, handle customer requests and VIP attentions.
• Enforce company policies, safety tools, and equipment usage.
• Support other duties as necessary.
