Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to join our Lawrence/Topeka area team. You will help manage contract compliance for building maintenance services and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of management experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work is involved, with oversight of multiple office buildings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of prior management experience leading a team in multi-unit or multiple locations.
• Experience in building, facilities, janitorial, or related industry is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and grow business.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap.
• Recommend IC work assignments, manage to client standards, and discharge if not meeting SLAs.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, and new client starts or VIP treatment.
• Enforce New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, and Four Star Policy and other policies.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved tools and equipment use.
• Oversee multiple office buildings in a hybrid role.
• This position is full-time and hybrid.
