City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager in the Lawrence/Topeka area to support contract compliance and contractor relationships for building maintenance services.

The role requires strong management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to review client contracts and ensure service levels are met. This position is hybrid, overseeing multiple office buildings and coordinating with the Facility Services Manager for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in commercial janitorial/services industry is required.
• 3 years of management experience leading a team across multiple locations or units.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and communicate client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and grow business.
• Coordinate with the Facility Services Manager and provide nightly updates via email or phone.
