Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager in the Lawrence/Topeka area to help oversee contract compliance for building maintenance and manage relationships with Independent Contractors.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 3 years of management experience, with strong communication and planning skills; CRM experience is a plus. This full-time, hybrid position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
• Experience in building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry is a plus.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting the service level agreement.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
• Other duties as necessary.
• This position is hybrid as you will be overseeing mutliple office buildings.
