Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager in the Lawrence/Topeka area to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors.

This full-time evening shift role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to review client contracts and verify that work expectations are met, with a hybrid schedule across multiple office buildings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of prior management experience leading a team across multiple locations.
• Experience in building, facilities, janitorial or related industries is a plus.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account.
• Communicate with the Facilities Manager daily for issues needing immediate attention.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment.
• Uphold City Wide’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved cleaning tools and equipment usage.
• Other duties as necessary.
• This position is hybrid, overseeing multiple office buildings.
