Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager in the Lawrence/Topeka area to help manage contract compliance for building maintenance services and oversee relationships with Independent Contractors.

The role requires reviewing client contracts to ensure work meets expectations and coordinating with the Facility Services Manager for issues requiring attention. This is a full-time, evening-shift position with a hybrid office arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of prior management experience in multi-unit or locations.
• Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus.
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting the service level agreement.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
