Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to join the Lawrence/Topeka area, overseeing contract compliance for building maintenance services and maintaining relationships with Independent Contractors.

The role involves reviewing scopes of work, ensuring QA per account, daily updates with the Facility Services Manager, assigning IC work, and managing inspections, client starts, and VIP requests in a hybrid evening-shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing multi-unit locations.
• Experience in building maintenance or janitorial industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and grow business.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Manage inspections, client requests, new starts, or VIP attention.
• Enforce policies and procedures; oversee multiple office buildings in a hybrid role.
