Job summary

Priority Health is seeking a Training Designer to develop Epic-focused training and related Health Systems curricula. You will partner with training teams, SMEs, and customers to create audience-specific content and manage both virtual and classroom delivery.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate training, coordinate registrations, and act as the LMS administrator, supporting Epic implementations and upgrades within a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• CRT- EPIC Tapestry Principal Trainer - within 180 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize and report on virtual and classroom training registration and completion.
• Develop audience-specific training materials with SME and customers.
• Design, write, update, and test computer-based training modules.
• Serve as the team learning management system administrator.
• Align training with corporate mission, values, strategy and culture.
• Develop course content, materials, and presentations; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Pursue process and quality improvements and support new services in the area.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent
