Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Training Designer for the Priority Health site in Grand Rapids. The role focuses on Epic and other Health Systems training, delivering traditional and computer-based programs, and managing LMS administration within a hybrid model.

You will collaborate with training teams, SMEs, and customers to create audience-specific content, ensure registration/completion tracking, and support Epic initiatives with a focus on process improvements and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• CRT- EPIC Tapestry Principal Trainer within 180 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize and report on virtual and classroom training registration and completion.
• Develop audience-specific training with SMEs and customers.
• Design, write, update, and test computer-based training modules.
