Baptist Health Care is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Epic training programs. You will work across clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and support staff to ensure role-based education aligns with workflows and best practices.

The role emphasizes change management, end-user readiness, and long-term sustainability of Epic adoption, with hybrid onsite and remote training delivered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare, clinical, revenue cycle, education, or healthcare technology experience.
• 1 year developing and delivering adult learning programs.
• 1 year Epic implementation, upgrade, or training experience preferred.
• 1 year instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles preferred.
• 1 year experience using LMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, maintains Epic training curriculum and materials for assigned modules.
• Delivers instructor-led, virtual, and blended training for end users and staff.
• Manages training environments, scenarios, and workflow simulations.
• Collaborates with leaders to align content with approved workflows and design.
• Supports go-live activities and post-implementation training readiness.
• Gathers feedback and improves training materials and delivery methods.
• Ensures training content complies with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
